“I spoke to a lad (Matt I think). He was brilliant. I am the middle woman, often I have to call places asking for quotes or bits when I really do t know what i’n Talking about. Some places make you feel stupid. Not Matt. He explained everything, directed me to the website so I could see pictures and helped me find the right parts. When I called back it was 2.05 and i’s Just missed the cut off for next day delivery. It didn’t matter, he was so helpful and made sure my order went through with no delays. How refreshing to get great customer service from s friendly person that seemed genuinely to care that I got the right things. Well done. I have already recommended you, and will buy more from you.”

“Very pleased with customer service - Rob was very helpful in arranging credit after I ordered the incorrect items as well as suggesting cheaper courier to get items back. Scaffold and boards exactly what I needed. Would def recommend - much appreciated!”
