“I bought an aluminium scaffold pole to support a small wind generator. The pole uses two foot assemblies top and bottom and also a wall mounting bracket which I adapted to slide along the pole. I telephoned you to ask whether or not you supply a collar which would slide along the pole and although you said you did not I was treated sympathetically by a member of your telephone staff. The assembly does everything I reqire of it and delivery was prompt given that the order was placed just before the Easter holidays.”
