“Very good training in relaxed atmosphere. Caroline is an amazing teacher with a lot of knowledge and experience. The only minus of the event was a temperature in the room. It was quite cold there.”

“Carol Heaney is an excellent trainer. The best I have worked with to date. The topics covered were more than any other First Aid Course I have done in the past. I was surprised not to get any booklets at the end of the course, but Carol downloaded the Siren Training app for me on my phone, which covered all the topics we went through during the course. Now I have all the First Aid information I need at the touch of a button. The only downside was a cold room and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was an urn with tea and coffee outside the room in the hall, but I don't think it was in use or the urn filled with hot water. The venue should have seen to all this. It is a Youth Centre with young guys on Reception who gave Carol fan heaters after the lunch break, which helped a little to warm up the huge room. However, even though the venue was not up to the mark, the course was amazing....and so was Carol. Thank you Carol. Rachel Albert (Rae) .”
