“Really upbeat engaging presentation with excellent explanations for the reasons behind what we do in BLS, rather than just telling us to remember it! Sometimes went off topic with anecdotes which took up a bit of time, and not always politically correct! However this also kept the energy up for the session.”

“I would definitely recommed Safe and Sound for First Aid training. The one day online was a bit of a slog, but you did go through a lot of information that was very clear to understand with videos to help. The face to face practical days were great! Our trainer Marc made it fun to learn with some great tips on how to remember things and give you the confidence to feel able to undertake difficult situations. I look forward to my refresher in 3 years.”

“The instructor created friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The session gave me confidence in case l encounter emergency situation. A reason one star missing is confusion to login E-learning. I already had account from 3 years ago. I couldn’t renew learning record at the beginning.”
