“very informative with a hands-on approach”

“Over all, the training was brilliant, especially learning so much information in the period of time given. Presentation was efficient, interactive and fun. The only issue was the background noise from next door for the first part!”

“Hi, I found the online part stressful and time consuming. It took 8 hours to complete. On the day of the practical it was hard going. The trainer (Carol ) was very thorough. However the whole experience was tainted by the fact that many people had time keeping issues. There were people late on the morning, late back after a break and late back after lunch. Also people seemed to develop weak bladders, while some may have genuinely needed the toilet, a lot of people during the day needed it. While gone they were missing part of the course”

“Very clear information and easy to understand, however on the final assessment an incorrect answer was given by yourselves, meaning I did not score 100%, despite providing the correct information. Very disappointing.”

“Hello, the online course could be improved in my opinion. It would have been better to spend two days for learning so many things.
