“After struggling longer than I would have liked due to coronavirus, with a pair of cheap, poor quality slippers bought on holiday last year, I found what I hoped would be a much better product on RubyShoes Day's website. This was simple to use and had all the information needed to make a choice. I therefore went ahead and ordered without any problems and received my Shepherd Karin slippers two days later. They are just what was needed, warm, sturdy and comfortable and I'm very pleased to have them. Normally I prefer to buy footwear at a shop but as most are still closed this wasn't possible and I can recommend RubyShoes Day for providing a good shopping experience online.”

“I ordered some flip flops in a colour I’ve wanted for a while but they’ve always been way over priced. RubyShoes had them at a good price. I placed my order and received acknowledgement. I then received an email apologising that my order would take a little longer as they were at a different store. They then arrived very promptly after the date they were able to get to the store for them. Outstanding service, excellent price and I WOULD DEFINITELY buy from them again. Thank you.”

“Beautiful shoes! I ordered online and they arrived really quickly (with excellent communication from staff throughout). Not quite as good as going into the actual shop, and getting distracted by all the amazing styles they stock (but cheeper)...but while covid keeps the shop shut, totally recommend Ruby shoes day online.”

“I bought 3 pairs of shoes. A sales advisor contacted me to double check I had the size right as there was a little confusion. Shoes were sent from both HB shop and Ableside and arrive very speedily in eco-paper packaging. All three pairs fit and are gorgeous, so now I have to keep them all! I love browsing in the HB shop, and have been reassured that the customer service online is just as good as it is in person. Keep up the fine work!”
