“I had problems with damp along a kitchen wall and dining area. The survey was completed in a timely manner and although I then had to wait for work to commence it was all completed within a week. The area required a damp proof course and then replastering. The teams sent by RTC were at all times polite and friendly and my home was left very tidy after each visit. Any questions I had about the job were answered honestly and since the work was finished in early January I have had no further issues.”

“Following a very useful damp survey by Sam, I am delighted that I chose to have RTC complete the remedial work recommended for our recently purchased home. Two bedrooms had areas of ceiling and wall damage from an ongoing leaking roof. The lounge had a section of rising damp which also required the moving of two sockets and the replacement of a section of skirting board. Plasterer and project leader Dan seamlessly co-ordinated two days of intensive work. Griff and Jake ensured that the house was well protected and the damaged areas were well prepared. The whole team communicated together efficiently and kept me very well informed. They were skilled, prompt and polite. Every question was answered fully. They cleaned up after themselves and there is far less dust than I expected. From our experience, I would recommend this company without hesitation and would definitely use them again.”

“Water management system installed within my basement after flood. RTC quotation service was professional, clear and specific to my issues. Installation team were exceptional is all aspects. They were friendly, professional and hard working - the quality of work undertaken at all levels was outstanding and everything was clearly explained. I have no concern recommending this company they are without doubt the best contractor I have engaged in the last 30 years. From Jamie at the top to delivery on site - outstanding thanks guys!”

“From survey to completion RTC didn't disappoint. They turned up when they said they would. All the Guys on site were lovely. They explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up when the job was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Fantastic service. My dad had a damp proof course carried out last week and the lads were amazing. They turned up on time, they worked so hard and cleaned up after themselves. The work was carried out to a very high standard. My dad is 84 and said that the lads (Wes, Dylan and Chris) were great, especially Wes as he was there every day. We would definitely recommend RTC and the 3 lads who worked at our house.”

“We had some damp In our back room and required it sorting. Used RTC. They were absolutely brilliant. Really professional. Did a great job and tidied up really well. You wouldn't know they were there. Really friendly and polite as well. Would definitely recommend if you need anything like that doing.”
