“L shape shower bath purchased , not fitted yet but as described, looks good quality and looks like pics on website, very competative price included delivery . one of the best couriers weve seen , emailed delivery date and phone call day before , driver texted arriaval time , and was on time , so excellent service . will make more purchases in future”

“Ordered twice from RB and I have to say I was sceptical of the service claims. I shouldn’t have been as they exceeded expectations, arrived earlier than expected after being text, emailed and phoned to confirm delivery times dates etc. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Have recommended twice already to other developers.”

“Had to order a sink for quick delivery due to another supplier letting us down. Order was easy and delivered quickly with good communication, even when the courier had an accident on the way. Will use again instead of the other supplier.”

“Good selection of items, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. From payment through to delivery we were kept informed by email confirmation of order/payment also of expected delivery time. A first class service, thank you 5* The delivery driver even dropped the delivery in the garden where it was needed and delivered it on time, with courtesy and care, most importantly, in one piece! (Back to wall toilet/seat/cistern)”

“Easy ordering online and delivery was outstanding, ordered bank holiday Monday and arrived on Wednesday. Checked all ok after delivery but unfortunately we are delayed in having it fitted so cannot review the assembled cubicle as yet.”

“I have ordered two toilets from Royal Bathrooms at different times. Both orders have been swiftly dealt with and the items have been delivered when they said they would be. Overall the quality and value for money are very good, though there was a problem with the glaze finish on the cistern of the first toilet, but that was very swiftly dealt with and customer services organised for it to be collected and another one delivered.”

“I purchased a WC from Royal Bathrooms back in January, only just got round to fitting it last weekend and noticed there was a problem with one of the cistern parts. I left a message on Sunday and was really surprised to get a reply the same day! The customer service was excellent, I was asked to send a picture, which I did and they arranged for a replacement to be sent by next day delivery. Couldn't ask for better, love the WC & fantastic service! Will definitely be a retuning customer”
