“Bought a shower cubicle and tray. Difficult to get hold of item due to not standard size- royal bathrooms was the only stockest I could find. So took the plunge and was extremely pleased with my purchase - delivered quickly. I was kept updated through the complete process. Delivery person even carried the item to my garage for me. Will definitely be shopping here again :-)”

“We have had a really great experience with this company. We ordered a shower cubicle and a toilet and the order was dealt with immediately. We had to ask for the order to be held back a few days and this was no trouble. The goods were delivered very promptly in spite of the named storm that was raging across the country. We then found that we had made a mistake with our ordering and they arranged to pick up the goods very promptly. Again this was done very efficiently and the refund credited to our account immediately. Nothing has been too much trouble and their customer service is quite frankly the best we have ever encountered. Every call, every email and every contact has been answered immediately and efficiently. Thank you.”
