I was forced to buy new products due to lack of response from ROTA. I spent more than 250€ in unnecessary tax due to ROTA errors, such as wrong rims, wrong wheel nuts. wrong nuts sent 5 times / or missing units. plus everything took 7 months, from purchase to finally having everything to apply to the car.that I had to make a new purchase !!!! Shameful
