“Historically I have been extremely satisfied with Ross casters however on this occasion VERY disappointed. I emailed photographs of a replacement castor I required. I was told I would receive a phone call when it was ready to collect. No phone call was received so four days later I made contact to be told it was ready and waiting for collection and have been so for sometime. I drove to your premises which is a round trip of 34 miles and immediately identified the caster was the wrong size. The photographs were reviewed and I was assured it was the right castor. Upon getting home and making a comparison it was miles out so I returned again to Ross casters (another round-trip of 34 miles) and was given the correct Costor. The member of staff on the first visit was brusque and unhelpful. The member of staff on the second visit was very helpful. I paid for a costor which was substantially larger than the one I ended up with but no offer was made to adjust the price. You are a great company but didn't get it right on this occasion.”

“Made an order, but after it hadn't shown up in the expected time contacted Ross to find out why - reason as it wasn't in stock but they proposed an alternative which as I needed the wheels I agreed on. They arrived within a day or two, and despite being slightly more expensive than my original order I was not charged any extra. Very pleased with customer service who were really on the ball”
