“Not at the moment at all impressed. Order placed on 4.6.2021. Immediateley contacted to say item not available but an alternative was. All agreed, so far so good. Paid for 2 day delivery. Nothing received by today11.6.2021. so phoned to enquire why. Promised that it would be looked into and I would be phoned back. Now 18.30 and nothing.”

“Super easy to order, proactive email received to confirm address, as auto fill did not list our house, further email sent to check we were ok to wait as item was delayed, only by a few days, arrived when stated and so easy to fit. Great customer service and I have a wheelbarrow that is usable again, thanks.”
