Product good. Delivery excellent - next day. Because I don't buy trailer wheels every day and your site offered help I tried to contact on phone - line went dead although I could hear voices. I emailed and got a direction to the pages I needed without the explanation that would have saved me a lot of time. I eventually worked out what I wanted not being stupid but it tokk a long time. 2 minuites on the phone would have saved that time. I now get popups from your company on websites which I have to deal with more wasted time. I would say your customer relations need looking at or perhas you just do not care - that is the impression given.

One of the castors had some roller bearings missing. We required the castors urgently they came the next day after order so we used old bearings.

After ordering online and paying for next day delivery they called me to let me know that one of the items was "out of stock" and promised me I'd have it 4 days later and that they would give me back the money I paid for delivery. So far, I'm really happy with the service provided. 5 days after I placed my order I called back as I hadn't received the items and they apologised, promised to send me the items that same day and, again, give me back that money I paid for the next day delivery. Not that happy at this point, but still not bad. Not receiving my items next day, I called back just to find out that they were still "out of stock". New apologies and they promised me I would receive them 2 days later and get the money I paid for the delivery back. Not happy at all at this stage, as nobody told me they were still waiting to have my items in stock when I called in the day before. Called in next day just to make sure that I would receive my items and finally they received my items and sent them, having them with me the next day as promised. Still waiting for my money back, so I guess I will have to call in again and ask for it. Really unhappy as this should have been sorted from their side after all this mess. On the other hand, their customer service could be great as every time I phoned in, they were willing to help and really friendly. For that reason my score was "poor", and no "very poor".
