“After searching the Web and nearly giving up hope, we were pointed in the direction of Ross Castors by someone who advised exactly what to ask for. We needed a replacement castor for our old Parker Knoll recliner. However, we were so pleased with the fit that we decided to replace all four. The chair moves much more freely now and we have no need to worry about gouging a hole in the carpet. The service was second to none and the price was very affordable. Would thoroughly recommend Ross Castors”
