“Rescued by Ross Castors. Chat line worked very well. From my input the service agent identified the product and provided a link to it directly. After a quick search for an alternative at a lower delivery charge I chose to buy it and it arrived next day. The wheel fitted by barrow correctly and I’ve moved a tonne of compost delivered the day I discovered my flat tyre and no pump!!”

“The castors which we received were as described and worked perfectly. They were not exactly as ordered as the ones ordered were out of stock, but the person from Ross Castors contacted us and discussed our requirements and We agreed upon a replacement which were probably better for our needs than our original order. They arrived quickly and were well packed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing castors and will use them again.”
