“I was pleased to discover that Ross had suitable replacements for my bed castors which had broken. I was also pleased to find the offer of 10% discount on their website. The order I made arrived promptly although a range of courier options were available. Even better the castors supplied had a patent mark on them where the originals didn't. Very pleased with the castors which fitted perfectly and maybe were the ones that should have been fitted by the bed manufacturer.”

“Good quality, delivered promptly, but one castor was a little stiff to swivel and one of the fixing plates was not quite at right-angles to the fixing screw. As it happened this worked out well because the bottom of the table leg was not cut quite square.”

“All good thank you very much. By the way, I could have done with some predrilled weld on backplates for these castors. It would save me having to fabficate something. It would make life easier and is more sales for you. Cheers”

“Item was for a wheelbarrow used at an Out of School Club and needed to be in good condition for the amount of gardening it helps us with. Much stronger than our previous item and hopefully will give us years of reliability - many thanks.”

“We needed to replace the broken pneumatic tyre wheels on our sack barrow and found the ideal replacement via the Ross Castors website. Ordered them on Friday afternoon and they delivered on Monday lunchtime. Easy to fit and much better than the originals. Good service, good product and good price!!”
