“Lots of apparently good wheels/tyres about but when you get down to it there are very few I would buy. This wheel was pricey but excellent.”

“I bought a replacement Chillington P-350 pnumatic wheelbarrow wheel and tyre. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The tyre had a large chunk of rubber missing from it which went through to nearly the inner tube. Not good. Ross Handling customer services were great and a new one was sent out very quickly with no quibbles. Impressive work Ross Handling, thank you.”

“Really happy with the level of customer service received from Ross Handling. I had ordered some new furniture castors before the year end and the wrong ones arrived. This had me a little worried given some negative reviews I had read online. However I must say I was delighted with how quick and smooth the process was to correct the error. Once I had made contact with the customer service people I had my correct order withing 48 hours!! Super impressed!! Thank you again for the help with this and for being super lovely, and quick with responding to my issue.”

“The castors I bought were to put at the back corners of our caravan as when I reverse off the road up our driveway the back end can scrape on the driveway because of the angle of our driveway to the road it can also happen when boarding a cross channel ferry. I used castors bought from Screwfix last time but although they worked well the maximum load was not very high. The load the Ross castors can manage is three times as much and the quality is excellent. A very good choice.”
