Really happy with the level of customer service received from Ross Handling. I had ordered some new furniture castors before the year end and the wrong ones arrived. This had me a little worried given some negative reviews I had read online. However I must say I was delighted with how quick and smooth the process was to correct the error. Once I had made contact with the customer service people I had my correct order withing 48 hours!! Super impressed!! Thank you again for the help with this and for being super lovely, and quick with responding to my issue.
