“Second time I've ordered wheels, second time they've come with the wrong bore size. First time they sent bearings on the correct bore. This time now replacement reducers or wheels so I've had to buy additional material to make an axle. Won't use them again.”

“I ordered four 2" castors and received what I ordered. The £6 for 48 hour delivery was a little steep IMO - especially as box arrived looking as if someone had sat on it. On the plus side, tracking was good and I did get a (accurate) 1 hour window for delivery”
