“The service received from this company was excellent. Unfortunately the item we purchased did not fit as hoped and so had to be returned, but was excellent quality. The man we spoke to in order to return the item was extremely helpful and understanding and we shall certainly come back to the company in the future.”

“Having wasted money on inferior castors I found ross. I needed five for a very old captains chair and it was great to find well made brass castors that don't collapse when anyone sits on the chair. I would absolutely recommend ross to anyone who wants a decent well made castor. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for, it also makes a nice change to get goods when they are due to arrive. Five castors brought five stars given.”
