“Over priced good and p&p costs are disproportionate. When I then needed to exchange the item they didn’t bother and just refunded the amount of the item not p&p. I realise this is in their t&c’s but I just think when your customer has gone to the effort and cost of returning goods for an exchange and then you just refund the goods is bad business. Won’t be using again.”

“Ordered some castor cups last weekend - received a phone call from Ross Castors first thing on Monday to explain that there would be a couple of days delay - items delivered on Friday morning. The castor cups look 'fine' - only time will tell as to their longevity. Very good service & wouldn't hesitate to recommend”

“Not your fault as such, but Fedex have failed to find the delivery address for the third day running. Read what folks say about Fedex on their Facebook site - I am certainly not alone and the problems with the company seem almost world-wide. Think your should change your delivery contractor. The help I got from Ross during the Fedex problems was BRILLIANT. So, 10/10 to Ross, 1/10 to Fedex!!”
