“I managed to find a ceramic wheel castor to renovate an old bed. Telephone enquiry was handled fine. The castor is robust and has done the job.”

“The order arrived next day which was great. However I ordered 2 replacement wheels and only received 1. Think it would have been great to of been told when making the order that they could not fulfill it. I have called and e-mailed to understand how long it will take to supply the missing wheel? But no one replies, which is disappointing.”
