“I bought a five-castor swivel chair in August this year from a well-known chain store. Within a month one of the castors broke and a second castor started to come apart. (I am not overweight so they can't blame me.) At that point I turned to Ross for replacements and they provided five superior castors, which fitted perfectly and show no signs of deterioration to date.”

“Order was dealt with smoothly and tyres arrived next day, well ahead of the expected schedule. Tyres were badly compressed (probably during delivery) and needed tubes fitting to get them inflated but seem fine once on.”

“I ordered 6 wheels with bearings - received 2 with and 4 without. Called customer service (3 times) eventually said they would send out bearings for other 4 wheels “is that ok”? No it’s not as internal bores of wheels are different. Checked “downstairs” again and said that’s right will send 4 wheels with bearings this week…….. they haven’t and I haven’t received a call to notify me of delay or when I can expect them…… it’s not been a great experience.”
