Sadly, though half the order arrived very quickly the important part, I am still waiting for. About a week so far. A wheelbarrow with no wheel isn’t wheelie any good

You didn't have the tyres I ordered in stock so had to have tyres which were cheaper. I'm still waiting for a revised bill and a refund

One broke within days which is why I had to order replacement . Only ordered same as they were reasonably priced

I asked for a rubber ferrule to fit a specific sized stepladder leg. They supplied one that was too big. Their postage is very expensive so I did not return it but had to pact the leg to nake the ferrule fit. i would not have minded but I did ask for advice and this advice was poor. Also product very expensive. Hence to low score

Required, as intimated in online chat, for recliner/riser chairs. They d not stop chair from slipping on solid wooden floor and are too small for rear wheels.

I’m not sure why but it’s totally the wrong size and because of the high postage charges you have I don’t want to return or reorder - it’s a shame.

The product ordered was a good price and arrived promptly. However we had an initial problem with making the order and the staff, through email and phone contact, was a joke; just so rude and aggressive.

I paid for 2x day fedex delivery & received my order 8x days later. I sent an email questioning this & received no reply! The order itself was as expected.

The order arrived next day which was great. However I ordered 2 replacement wheels and only received 1. Think it would have been great to of been told when making the order that they could not fulfill it. I have called and e-mailed to understand how long it will take to supply the missing wheel? But no one replies, which is disappointing.

Wheels perfect but.. Spindles are too big So don’t fit. Wrote in (emailed) and haven’t received a response. I have had an invoice since and this survey but no help with the fact that the spindles don’t fit the chair!!

I needed to ask for advice about my order a couple of times and found customer service was hard work to tease out information. I was sent an email clarifying information about what I should buy (video didn't work). Fortunately I noticed that the thickness of one item was wrong. Then when the product was delivered the washer was not the right one - also I felt sure I ordered 2 split pins and 2 washers. My son tried your chat line to ask advice about an alternative to the split pin and washer and the person told him he hadn't got a clue. he then disappeared. I was aware that I was out of my depth trying to sort a replacement wheel for our very old wheelbarrow. At one point I asked if I could order by phone to make sure I bought what I needed and was told basically told no. The best bit of the experience was my conversation with the person whom I asked about the possible delivery time and who was really helpful.

Received castors 1 arrived broken I rang Ross they said they would send a replacement which has never arrived.

They are happy to take your money for items they do not have in stock. Promise delivery and fail to meet it. Has happened both times I have ordered from them.

Unfortunately the wheel that I ordered did not quite fit, it was of a different design to the existing one. I did email in after delivery explaining why it wasn't the right wheel and sent in some pictures of the original wheel, but I haven't heard a thing since/

Wrong size and i had to cut down the width of the central axle. This is not a suitable replacement for my Chillington wheelbarrow.

Ordered wheel for wheelbarrow giving person on phone all measurements as instructed on website. When wheel arrived totally wrong and if I return it I have to pay postage. Will not be using again.
