“Great company. But I have just purchased a pair of mRNA trousers that look great. Unfortunately there is a design fault on the waist there needs to be an extra button where the fabric overlaps.”

“Some of your clothes are acceptable and I do still buy new garments, but others are not to my taste. You are dumbing down, e.g. why does my new shirt have a label inside saying "Happiness is a way of travel, not a destination" Pure twaddle! Who is paid to dream up such rubbish? Some of the trouser legs get narrower by the year which I don't like and suspect is done to save on material. Also, I prefer pockets at the side of the trousers and not the front. Also, why do I get an email from you almost every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday? Do you really think I want 150+ emails from you every year? I would unsubscribe, but then I would miss out on the small handful that are useful, e.g. when there is a money off voucher or a note of the new season range. About 4 - 6 emails a year would be sufficient. I look forward to seeing my comments appear on your website without my name attached to them.”

“The real test of customer service is when things go wrong, and having been a customer for over 20 years, I can say that they make every effort to sort problems out quickly and with customer service at the forefront. Their clothing is great quality, it lasts and looks good for years. They don't always get style right but they do listen to feedback and act on it. Over the years I've recommended their stuff to many friends, and I would never do that unless I was completely happy with goods and service.”

“Rohan silver T shirts, with the Rohan logo, are excellent. I have Tahoe, black and grey versions, and wear them daily. They look good and wear extremely well. My only request would be for a wider variety of colours in the silver range.”

“Good quality and the pick up from store works well for me as I can try the iterm on and if it doesn't fit leave it with the store rather than having the pain of having to send it back in the post.”

“Highly recommend these trousers;Lightweight, comfortable and wash well. On a busy trip to London they were smart enough for evening wear. Now in Yorkshire they're being used for serious walking trips.What a joy.”

“I've been a Rohan customer for many years, I like the quality of the products and the service. I miss the older larger catalogues but times have changed! I recently purchased a Radius jacket and also Frostpoint jacket. They have been excellent in the recent cold weather for long dog walks and fit perfectly, my favourite is possibly the Frostpoint as it seems a bit warmer in the very cold wind but can't fault either jacket. I purchased these direct and the staff were very helpful and provided a very good service, delivery was 2 days. Great service.”

“Great, well designed clothes that last and continue to look good after years of wear. As a small woman of 5ft it's hard to find outdoor gear that fits well and is comfortable. I occasionally wish for a wider range of colours but on the whole the Rohan range works well for me across all the seasons. I wear little else now.”

“The Brecon jacket works really well. Comfortable and waterproof. The hood,cuffs and various pockets are very effective at keeping the elements out.”

“I bought a pair of these trousers in September and have worn them constantly since. So I thought I would buy another pair. What a disappointment! What has happened to them? The top of the legs are baggy but from the knee down they are super-skinny. They looked awful and I’ve had to return them. I don’t appreciate having to spend £3.95 postage to get such a poor pair of jeans., especially as I generally like Rohan clothes.”

“I expect to get free delivery when I purchase items costing more than £100. However delivery to store is quick. Clothes are very well made and long lasting.”
