“I have a problem trying to use my on line account, but just getting nowhere. It seems that as a customer I am not allowed to speak to somebody in technical supprt or the IT team”

“I purchased a bag from Stratford on Avon Rohan on 2nd July for £55 was told I could return to any Rohan shop, apparently not!!! The bag is not Rohan Brand so has to be returned to the shop or customer services. I returned on 6th was told the bag had to be sent on to store for them to call to refund me it couldn’t be done at head office.Today 17th no call no refund!! I called the store was told they had the bag but head office would do the refund?? Asked for call back from HO. why if they were refunding couldn’t they have paid me when they received the bag last Friday, operative said she didn’t know. This is not the level of service I expect to receive from Rohan, over the years my husband and I have bought all our outdoor gear from this shop, I bought a top at the same time as the bag, but I am afraid this experience means never again.”

“Visiting two south coast Rohan shops and could not find anything to purchase. Looking for your staple ‘bags’ but again the colours, unless one wants to look like Michael Portillo or a BT engineer just about to descend into a manhole, are just outrages. Same with the shirts - casual shirts do not look good with gaping neck collars, where are your button down ones?”

“I've shopped with Rohan for over 25 years and their clothes have always been of excellent quality. My husband has a couple of tops which get regular wear and have lasted more than 30 years and still look good! Most of my wardrobe is Rohan as it's comfortable, practical, hard wearing and not made in a sweatshop. It's been while since I've got there as I've been shopping online recently, but the Hay-on-Wye store is lovely (my nearest store), with the most friendly helpful shopkeepers. I highly recommend Rohan and I expect to be their customer for life if they continue to provide such excellent clothing.”

“Ordered 3 items… only 2 arrived. Delivery note says one item will be delivered when in stock. Asked customer service about the missing item only to be told my order had fulfilled. Copy of delivery note sent to them and waiting for response. This is a premium retailer and not happy that they don’t know status of my order but more importantly that they say it’s been fulfilled. I may update my review if I get a satisfactory conclusion. Oh, the products I have received are fantastic quality.”

“I have long been a fan of Rohan right back to the early days in Long Preston. More recently some of the designs have been a little too style over substance for me. Nevertheless there are still excellent designs to be found. I do worry about the use of 'forever chemicals' in some of the clothes and would like to see clearer statements on this.”
