“Overall, I’m happy with both product and service. However, the communication between store and mail order could be better. I had goods delivered to my local store. They were very good at phoning when items arrived but it would have been helpful if they were aware of the whole order and only called me when all items were in store. I ended up going to collect to find only one item of 7 had arrived. I also understand that returns to store come off their sales figures even when the original sale was mail order. This seems poor accounting and demotivational for the store.”

“I have been a confirmed Rohan fan for over 40 years. I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of the goods I buy and with how long I can wear them. The only reason I can no longer wear my first pair of bags is because I have expanded, not because they wore out! Trousers, shirts, socks, underpants, gillets, fleeces, hats, gloves and waterproofs, I have them all and I would not be without them. Rohan is the best of gear for all circumstances.”

“Had several things from Rohan, one of the only places you can get a proper length rain Mac. I love the chino's, expensive, but excellent quality, no creasing! The Bags are great too, especially the stretch material ones. Wish I'd known about them before. The staff at Trentham are excellent, very friendly and helpful.”

“I love the colour and the fit of the fleece I bought. The sleeves are a bit long for me (5ft 4ins) but I'm happy to take them up a bit. We're very happy with Rohan clothes, they are well made and last a long time, we have microfibre tops we've had for 12 years!”

“I have been using Rohan clothes for over 15 years, initially because I was travelling a lot. They are beautifully made, especially their linen collections, which can easily be dressed up or down and are comfortable and make me feel ready for anything. They are also durable. The BEST of a basic flexible wardrobe that’s also classy!”

“I discovered Rohan gear over 30 years ago. They continue to be my go-to place for technical clothing, because quite simply they are still the best in terms of design, manufacturing quality and above all customer service. As an OAP, and having to watch the pennies (!) I always look for the bargains during the sale and again there I'm never disappointed, the value for money is exceptional. The Customer Service people were brilliant when I recently bought an item only to discover the price dropped even further the next day. They sent me an e-voucher with good grace and no hassle. Brilliant!”

“I have aleady sent you an email complimenting your excellent service. I ordered my Bags on Monday evening about 11pm USA time and received them on Wednesday at 1pm. I can' get items in the US that fast. That is very impressive. As an example of the difference between US delivery and the UK delivery is that I sent myself an empty envelope from my local post office, one mile away. It took 21 days to get to me. I have been wearing Bags since the1980s and I love them. Thank you.”
