“Products are always high quality. Ordering was easy and the parcel arrived within 3 days. One pair of jeans were too big so I simply returned them in the same packaging. Free posting. The refund was back in my account within a week. Excellent service. Totally reliable.”

“I've been using Rohan products for over 20 years. In general I find the quality very good value. I have two criticisms: The latest products have less desirable features yet the price remains on the high side. The two pairs of jeans just purchased have no secondary internal secure pocket which previous pairs have. The colour choice for men's products is poor, particularly in respect of outer coats (always has been) whereas the ladies have a good colour choice.”

“I have been buying from Rohan for a long time, but the last few years Rohan trousers have just not been the same, they are tight in the wrong places, anyway I kept one pair of the two pairs I ordered, that is why I only gave four stars x”

“My parcel arrived at the time I was told that it would. The Delivery man was very careful in placing the parcel inside the Porch and closing the door, delivery man waited until I waved to him, before he drove away. In my book very good service. Thank you.”

“What I like about this brand are their sizing. They are what they say they are. The quality of the products is also top notch, you get what you pay for. Warmth is amazing for such a light weight product. Water resistance is also excellent. I've recently bought three of their jackets and to be honest, I doubt I will ever need to buy any more.”

“Fantastic jacket. Love it , very comfortable to wear however, what has possessed the designers to change the outside pocket flaps to face the front. This makes accessing the zip and then the pocket very difficult and uncomfortable. Rubs and gets in the way of the arms and walking pole Wore mine on Monday, a very windy day and the pocket flaps acted like wind flaps used to slow down aircraft making walking into the wind even more difficult. This really has spoiled an otherwise very nice jacket.”

“Black inner socks. 100% extrafine merino long johns and short sleeves. The entire Envoy line, with suits. The feather-light opaque t-shirts. These are some of my favorite things that I cannot get anymore. Also, the U.S. site, Rohandesigns.com, is no more. Recently, I bought some long sleeve shirts in the same size that I have always worn. The sizing has changed. I have been a huge fan of this brand for nearly 15 years, now I see less variety and I worry about the future for this unique little company. I’m still a fan, but there is a lot I miss.”

“Had a problem with a jacket and customer services could not have been more helpful. Within four days of sending the jacket to Customer Services we had a new replacement jacket. I knew there was a reason we always buy Rohan. Thank you”
