“We love your products, which are well made. But our only concerns are, ladies clothing far to long in the sleeves that have to be shortened. Also mens trousers ( not all ) have ordered same trousers, same size but one pair larger than the other. !!. Shop assistants very helpful, and your custo.er service staff are first class.”

“I bought the item on sale but wished to change it for a smaller pair - took it back to shop but the sale was over and the new stock was of a different colourway so no swap - I couldve got a refund but now nothings on the sale so was advised to wait til Jan when sale is on. I think I'll just make do with keeping the item for now.”

“Disappointed when a friend of mine tried to return a new ladies jacket in Glasgow. She had it for 1 month unused. The store Manager addressed her in a disturbing manner, making her feel uncomfortable and intimidated in front of customers. His manner was appalling and has made me take the decision not to use that store ever again. My friend suffers from accute anxiety and was unaware of the 14 day return policy and so was unable to make a return. I feel deeply let down as I had recommended Rohan to her.”

“I like Rohan jeans and trousers and decided to get the cords in the sale. They are lovely quality and warm but I’ve not worn them yet except for trying on. I ordered 16 standard as I was wearing Rohan jeans that size that fit me well. Unfortunately the sizing has changed, which seems to happen with many companies. These were far too big and too long. I have now received size 14 in both but these are still slightly long. I may have to shorten them which is annoying. I am 5’7” tall. I am sure short size wouldn’t fit me?”

“I have come to like Rohan. Your clothes are generally smart casual so I can wear them to an office meeting or for leisure. Later I can wear them on remote treks. Most are quick drying, suitable for travelling. Your linen blend makes good jackets, trousers and suits. For these reasons, over the last few years I have spent several £k on a range of Rohan clothes.. I have one request - none of your polo shirts have breast pockets. (Shoreline Polo's used to but no longer.) Maybe they are out of fashion - but they are useful and practical. I suspect that the average age of a Rohan shopper is higher rather than lower. It isn't the cheapest range - many younger people probably have other things to do with their money than to pay a Rohan premium. At this time, I cant buy a Polo with a pocket from Rohan. My older ones are wearing out - it seems I will have to buy another brand. I doubt I am the only shopper who would like a breast pocket. Can you do that please? Can you at least make it an option ?”

“I have bought many items from Rohan over the years. I particularly like your Trailblazer trousers and Pacer Capris. I don’t carry a phone in trouser pockets, so the new style doesn’t bother me. I keep my phone in my rucksack.I find size 12 trousers fine for me. I normally wear a size 14 in other makes. I find the sale prices very good.”

“I love my Rohan clothes, especially the stretch bags and roamers. Recently I have enjoyed two new pairs of trailblazer trousers too. My only suggestion for improvement would be in offering a choice of shorter sleeves in the jackets as I am a larger size but my arms are not longer as a result. Always excellent quality though and comfortable. Living in rural Wales I wear little other than Rohan to be honest.”

“I'm a new Rohan Customer and mostly very pleased with my purchases so far. I shall certainly continue shopping with you. My one slight disappointment has been with the Vertex Jacket which I purchased a few weeks ago. The bottom inch of the sleeves becomes saturated in the rain so that my wrists are cold and wet. Strange, as the jacket is otherwise excellent and does exactly what it is meant to do! Any suggestions as to what I can do about this??”
