“Excellent customer service and usually very good products with quick delivery times. A little more expensive than some outdoor brands but they withstand the elements our changeable weather can throw at us. I have shopped with Rohan for some years now and will certainly continue.”

“Rohan are very responsive to customers' requests. They were able to correct at short notice an order which I had made which as it happened were for the wrong pair of shoes. There was no fuss; the switch was made and I received the shoes I really wanted as if I'd ordered correctly in the first place”

“The Customer Services department at Rohan is first class. Telephone answered promptly and emails within 24 hours. Search facility on the website needs improvement and I have previously commented on this. Probably biggest frustration is that styles soon disappear say after one season and are no longer available or they became renamed at a higher price. Also frustrating that even popular trousers are sometimes not in varying leg lengths. Good quality clothing although I believe a proportion are overpriced so would only consider buying in a sale. Have over 200 Rohan items.”

“Voucher code didn't work online so ordered by phone. I ordered a harbour coat - it is very long and I understand that it doesn't come in a shorter length and as I am only just over 5 ft I need to decide whether on not it works for me.”

“I have been using Rohan clothing for over twenty years now. In the main I've always been happy with the quality, the longevity, comfortability and the design. I would gladly recommend the range to most outdoor going persons as it is generally good value for money, hard wearing and the technicality of the clothing is not apparent until you wear and use it. The majority of the clothing has SPF ratings and comes out of the washing machine virtually dry. Like all ranges the fashion changes and the designs have evolved over the years. Any issues I've had in the past, though very few to mention, have all been resolved to my satisfaction quickly and efficiently.”

“Been wearing my Rohan “collection “ for years. Travelled locally and around the world in many practical garments that are light, easy to pack and wash like a dream. The photo shows me in West Wales today wearing my new shoreline top with a pair of walking trousers that I have had for years!”

“As always I’m delighted with the complete service from Rohan from online ordering to delivery and as occasionally has been necessary return and refund service. But my main reason for writing a very positive review is because of the extremely good quality of their garments. My latest purchase was ladies’ dry roamer trousers. As a dog walker of many years I’ve found waterproof garments are key to enjoying a walk in bad weather. These trousers are totally waterproof in the most heavy rain however unlike many waterproof trousers these look and feel like an ordinary trouser. They are a fantastic fit ( to size ) and look very smart. I get back from a walk completely dry and warm and am in a position to wash and dry my dog comfortably without dripping water everywhere.”
