“The website is easy to navigate overall. Online purchasing is straightforward and delivery was ahead of expectation. Notice of delivery time from Amazon Shipping is helpful, but it is both frustrating and concerning that packages (irrespective of value), are simply left on the doorstep rather than handed over, even when it is obvious that someone is at home (cars on the drive).”

“I've shopped with Rohan for over 25 years and their clothes have always been of excellent quality. My husband has a couple of tops which get regular wear and have lasted more than 30 years and still look good! Most of my wardrobe is Rohan as it's comfortable, practical, hard wearing and not made in a sweatshop. It's been while since I've got there as I've been shopping online recently, but the Hay-on-Wye store is lovely (my nearest store), with the most friendly helpful shopkeepers. I highly recommend Rohan and I expect to be their customer for life if they continue to provide such excellent clothing.”
