“I have several pairs of these trousers size 10S and are a perfect fit however this new pair were too small and too long. They measured 1 inch narrower and longer. Very disappointing.”

“At one time I felt that Rohan made good clothes but was too expensive. Then my husband encouraged me to buy some anyway and I have been much impressed by the way they last - and last again. Between the easy care and reliability of everything I have bought Rohan is now my favourite source of clothing. So far I have been ubable to wear anything out - and have even romoved paint invisibly! Thank you.”

“Website works every time. Usually wait for the sales. What I am frustrated with though is that numerous times I have bought an item or two on the 'sale' and then I get an email 2 days later when the product(s) have been dropped another £5 or so when I have not even acquired what I had originally bought...!! This is VERY annoying. You should stick to one sale and get your bottom end prices out once only and not this contant revision of your pricing. Your constant pricing revisions is also very frustrating I would think for your shop staff who have to change everything multiple times during one sales session.”

“Quality products but pricey unless you catch a sale. I am glad to see that you have very recently started giving warning that a sale is about to finish. I had a sale item in the basket last month only for it to go back to RRP overnight without warning. Not very good business practice!”

“I have been a customer at the Norwich branch of Rohan for many years. All of the staff are absolutely brilliant. Angie, Steve, Martin, Eve and Patrick are helpful and always go the extra mile to assist. My wife and I have been making purchases for years. Clothing, luggage and accessories are all first class. If it’s not the Rohan brand it will be Tilley, Eagle Creek all of which are top quality. My latest purchase which are absolutely excellent are the Rohan Glen Cargo Stretch Walking trousers. The material is first class and they are extremely durable. I have two pairs now and cannot fault them. On holiday I tripped over and whilst I grazed my knee the trousers were unscathed.”

“Rohan items never fail to please. I have been a customer for thirty years and have always been satisfied with each garment, all of which have a long life they are so well made. The latest purchase The Kendall raincoat is just what I need for the wet season ahead. Getting it in the sale was a real bonus”

“As a longtime customer at Rohan I’ve had occasional need to contact customer service. I’ve never had any complaints but my most recent experience was very good. I contacted them and although there was nothing they could do to resolve it Libby investigated, came back as she said she would and liaised with various teams in Rohan rather than referring me onto them. It was good to have customer service where the answer shows the enquiry has been read. Yes some of the response was probably standard but the overall response seemed personal.”

“Rohan's clothing never fails to deliver with its performance-can be a little bit hidden miss on sizing but as a serial buyer I can't fault them. The staff at the Kingston branch are knowledgeable and very helpful Plus they're always willing to offer suggestions. Where Rohan lets themselves down is with delivery. It is painfully slow. If you order for it go to the shops it can take a stupid amount of time and even when you have delivery to your home address it's not really any faster. Always buy in store is my top tip!”

“Often buy shirts from Rohan, in the 'small' size as they fit my frame extremely well. Unfortunately I had to return two Zenith shirts as they were too small - skimpy around the chest and tight underneath the armpits (no, I've not put on any weight). I originally left the same message on Rohan's 0800 840 1411 number on 5/7/24 and was surprised the company didn't respond.”
