“I ordered my goods with fast delivery to a pick up point. This delivery failed. I complained and was assured twice on the phone that the failure had been resolved and that the goods would be delivered. This failed, so I had to cancel the order and seek a refund. I was then told a refund would be issued when the goods were returned. Only when I complained that I could not return goods which were not delivered was I promised my money back. Terrible service.”

“Used Rohan now over 2 years found the customer services excellent.. Orders are excellent in delivering as per schedule. Ref to the quality of clothing items and show wear again excellent..these goods are on the high end spectrum but I can assure anyone considering buying you will definitely order again the quality of clothing is high end specifications and delivers .. excellent quality.. Would recommend anyone to check these clothing items out and foot wear .. thank you Rohan team..”

“We are dangerously close to being clothed from head to toe in Rohan for much of the time! We recognise the quality of the items and like the style and the performance. Having walked the C2C and other LDFPs I would say that the majority of my 'go to' wardrobe for outdoor activities comprises Rohan products. Holiday clothes, needing to be light and packable, are similarly mostly Rohan products. Our neighbours, friends and family are gradually being drawn in to our way of thinking too!”

“Excellent service as always. Quick and easy to order online and arrange delivery to my local store in Nottingham. Friendly call from them within a couple of days to say my order was available to collect. Well made, comfortable clothing that lasts and lasts.”

“Love most things, with regard to comfort durability & weather..... apart from the (presumably Brexit inspired) pockets - the opening has been reversed to make it uncomfortable, allow the rain in and snag on anything you brush past! hopefully sense will resume and we will rejoin the EU & not curse the pockets daily.”

“I love Rohan gear normally but this microgrid full zip fleece is very poor. I've had 3 of these before and they were fantastic in size, comfort, looks, versatility etc, but they've changed a winning formula and made sleeves 2" longer, and a collar that flops all over the place and is very badly designed. I understand they have reverted to original design now, so check which version you are buying.”

“service from Rohan was brilliant, as ever, but only 4 stars because I purchased the trailblazer trousers and like many others, do not like the pocket arrangement. I much preferred the large horizontal zipped pockets in earlier designs. The zipped side pocket at knee level is not easy to use with one hand and my mobile does not sit comfortably in it. This seems to b change for changes sake and not a good one at that.”

“Hello, I've worn Roamers for some time now and, in general, have always found them comfortable and suited to my lifestyle. I'm glad that the 'seam' at knee level has gone and I do like the zipped pocket in the right leg which I use for safe storage of my credit cards whilst I'm out and about. I don't need to worry about my handbag being snatched etc. The only criticism I have is the colour of the black zip pull. On a pale coloured pair of trousers it really stands out and advertises the existence of the pocket. I don't need to look for the pull as I can feel it easily. The zip, itself, matches the colour of the trousers so why are the colours mixed? Apologies for a mixed review.”

“Love this useful cap. You can fold it small enough, peak as well to fit into a pocket. Less chance of losing it. The peak is slightly longer than most giving more protection.”

“Worn your gear for years as I tramped around the world. Big big thank you for putting back all the zip pockets back on Trailblazer trousers. Was getting fed up trying to keep phone etc safe in unzipped pockets while scrambling out of canoes. Great service from your Exeter shop.”
