“Superb customer service. Very helpful with providing raincoat measurements, and when I ordered too small a size, it was easy to make an exchange. Turns out I'm a not-ideal inbetweener, but in a raincoat ease of movement and layering trump svelte outline! No rain as yet so unable to evaluate.”

“The customer service at Rohan is exceptional. Anytime I call to order an item I get to talk to a person immediately, no recording telling me how much they appreciate my business and really want to talk to me but don’t. The staff are always pleasant, courteous, friendly and helpful as well as easy to understand which is important to me as I am hearing impaired. I really like the clothing too, stylish and good quality and a pleasure to wear.”

“I had been looking for a pair of decent good quality zip off trousers for a few years. Finally i found them at Rohan - I’m delighted with them and the zip off works so well and transforms the trousers into a really decent pair of shorts.”

“Almost every item of clothing I have is from Rohan. That's been the case for nearly 20 years. The excepttions are just shoes and some socks. What more need I say? Well, just that this order was primarily for underwear, and Rohan supplanted M&S - for me - in April 2002.”
