“I have shopped with Rohan for years and have until a recent experience always been completely satisfied. The recent bad experience was with the Long Preston shop. I had taken a bag in for zip repair for which I was happy to pay £15. Unfortunately on using the bag again for the first time the zip was still broken despite the end pull to the zip looking new. My main point of grievance is that when speaking with the manager Alex, he refused to let me return the bag by post and insisted that I come in to the Long Preston store personally. I resented this as I live approximately 15miles from the store and would have much preferred to post it. I did take it in as I was given no choice in the matter. The zip was then repaired and posted back to me. I was told that the issue was due to a communication problem between the shop and the repairer. I understand that these things happen and have no difficulty with this. My grievance was over having to return the bag to the shop personally.”

“I am a keen walker and most of my walking gear is Rohan. My main reason is firstly fit is very good, secondly no fussing about with re-proofing. Just wash and tumble dry and it is as good as new - really does work every time. I have a Rohan raincoat that is about 7 years old and it is still totally waterproof.”

“Really appreciate the quality of your products, and my Maroc trousers are fine, but when, o when, will you include some high rise women's trousers options to at least some of your range? My wife is still having to nurture a pair she had from you twenty years ago!”

“Customers from the beginning. Shopping seasonally or for special trips at Long Preston or Milton Keynes. There have been disasters and success along the way. Shopping model now perfect. 1,Our 'go to' shop at Stamford, to get the 'feel' of things. Staff always helpful in store or on phone, problems quickly resolved. 2, long lasting, easy care comfortable practical clothes that always look good have made our lives and travels easier for 40 yrs. Now I shop on line and find service and satisfaction second to none”

“Been buying Rohan since the 1970’s , I think that speaks volumes for how much we like this company and it makes up the major part of all the clothes I own . Personally I find it great for our travels with our caravan plus I think it is more environmentally friendly than people might think as it lasts for years and takes very little energy to wash and dry .”

“Great products which are well-made, stylish and hard-wearing. Rohan has been my 'go-to' for clothing and equipment for both work and hiking/ outdoors activities in the UK/ abroad and has served me well over the last ten years or so. Online shopping works well, but a special mention for the staff working in the Newcastle upon Tyne store - they know their stuff and are always happy to help.”
