“I ordered a wallet to be delivered to Keswick. I now live in Kent, but I was going to be in Keswick to collect. Unfortunately I couldn’t collect, i rang Keswick shop and I received the parcel less than 24hrs later in Kent. Unfortunately there was no sizing on the description. It was to big I returned it by Royal Mail and received a refund immediately. Excellent customer service.”

“Excellent clothing that fits my frame perfectly. Bought my first Rohan Super Striders (?) climbing breeches around 1980. Always nicely finished and long lasting. The jeans I have just bought are the second pair and the button fly of the old pair is now a zip, but that is completely fine, don't mind either, great comfortable fit.”

“Vast majority of my walking gear is Rohan ; well made, good fit, wears well, and quote "the goods do as they say". Purchased their goods for 15 years or more and usually collect from Bakewell although I live in Nottingham - pleasant, friendly and helpfull staff.”

“After buying a micro grid gilet in 2017 and finding it so good as a layering garment I waited for more gilets and colours to appear. After three or four years I emailed the designers at Rohan asking for more of these. So, at last it has been brought back and I am pleased to have a navy one which will go with the shoreline tops in spring ir summer and as a layer under my anorak in colder weather. Definitely recommended.”

“I discovered Rohan in 2011 while at Inverness. I wasn't prepared for the weather and your store had everything I needed. I have been a fan since then. Living in Canada buts me at a diadventage when ordering on line. Otherwise, I continue to enjoy your well made products.”

“Thank you to the superb staff at Rohan Keswick for their help on Friday when I chose my beautiful Delta coat in the sale. It was a gift from my partner and is the warmest, lightest, most comfortable coat I have ever worn. If you are thinking of getting one...just do it! You will be as delighted as I am, I'm sure.”
