“I bought a Kendal jacket in Keswick branch and decided on returning home that the style did not suit me or appropriate for me but I was unlikely to be able to return to the shop. Rang the company and they sent by email a free return postage label then rang me up to arrange a refund which arrived in 24 hours. Excellent service and really helpful staff. Great testament to customer service by a UK company”

“I have a lot of Rohan clothing as it is good quality, lasts a long time and looks smart. Normally Medium size fits me very well but the gilet I purchased recently would have easily fitted a tall Large size. However, the returns process was simple and the cost was refunded in good time.”

“Shopping for my shoes was simple. This is the 2nd pair of the same model I’ve purchased as I love them so much. It would have been useful to know the difference in fit between the previous year (where there was just one option) and this year when the shoe had a standard and wide model. Shopping online it is difficult to know which would be most suitable.”

“Hi, For years I have worn Rohan Roamers and loved them. I have just started to wear two recently purchased pairs and am very disappointed. why Rohan have you reduced the leg pocket and hip zip pocket size? The leg pocket was so useful for my phone., this will now not fit. Please consider reinstating the old pocket size to make a loyal customer happy! Thank you, Christine.”

“I have a lot of Rohan clothing as I love it. It can take you through a working day, a walk with the dogs, a pub supper, be washed and dried by the next morning and ready to go again. If you like/need a capsule wardrobe, look no further.”
