“I bought a Kendal Coat in October and had trouble with the zip, so I returned it to the Bath shop and was told, there was nothing wrong with the Zip, it was just a technic to doing it up. So I took it home, and tried again, I still had problems, and had to ask my wife for assistance. She is of the same opinion, there is a fundamental problem with the zip. I have only worn this coat a handful of times because I am not confident that the zip won't let me down”

“Great website with a good choice of products. I ordered 3 pairs of women's walking trousers. They were all beautifully made and good quality. However I returned them as none were quite the right fit. One was too big, one was too short in the rise and one was too small despite all being the same size! I liked the pair that were too small the best, so will order another pair in a bigger size when I get the refund. These were the stretch bags in mauve grey...a really love colour. The delivery was very quick and returning is very easy. Would highly recommend Rohan.”
