“Excellent customer service as went out of his way to secure an item which was out of stock on their website, sorry I cannot remember his name. Could be Stewart. Sourced item from Marlborough shop and arrived direct from them on day stated.”

“My online experience with Rohan recently was very good. I spotted the trousers in the sale at a very good reduced price, very unusually my size was in stock (a size 8 short) so I ordered and used a 10 pound card to reduce the price further. The trousers arrived by post a couple of days later and fit perfectly.”

“Recently bought three shirts which were on offer and although they fitted very well I found that the poppers were not very strong at holding the shirts closed. I would suggest that buttonholes and buttons would be a better job.”

“The vast majority of Rohan clothing is practical, stylish and very good value. The staff in their shops are always welcoming, knowledgable and helpful. However, there have been a couple of purchases where the quality of materials used was questionable.”

“Excellent, long-lasting products for daily use as well as for more adventurous activities. The reviewer profiles on your website seem to indicate that very few younger people purchase Rohan (or have the time to submit reviews). It does give the impression that Rohan is a brand for old folk. You know your market but they will die sooner! Brighter colours for men’s wear might be worth trying. Currently beige and navy seem to dominate.”

“Used it since 1986. The only complaints I have had are: Sharp corners on hook and loop fasteners. Caught and badly split skin under a thumbnail. Would not have been a good thing in very cold or hot and humid conditions. Local Rohan shop arranged for them to be replaced with poppers. L/XL on hats varies between styles. Zips are definitely not of the same quality they were when RiRi zips were used. The bottom of the female side wears causing issues getting the zips started. Other than that, it's our goto outdoor clothing.”

“Unfortunately at the time of ordering the site was down so I ordered over the telephone. Item arrived very quickly and as with all Rohan items I was very pleased with it.”

“Product was very good but I felt hassled when I was picking up the product and looked around the shop. This was very unusual for the Guildford branch as the normal staff were not there.”
