“I like Rohan goods and have quite a few trousers and fleeces. I’ve just received a pair of Traverse trousers bought in the sale. Not for the first time have I found Rohan’s quality control somewhat lacking. Although the trousers are clearly labelled 36S the legs are probably 3 inches longer than they should be. Now I have the inconvenience of having to return them. Come on Rohan, you’re spoiling your reputation here.”

“For the last year we have had problems getting Rohan gear, we live in Italy and with no deliveries to Europe we have felt like the forgotten. However, with my neighbours visiting the U.K. I tried to place an order but the website wouldn’t let me. So I contacted Customer Services and brilliant - No Problemo - they were able to set me up a new U.K. address. I have now used this a few times and it works well. Just have to wait for friends to do a return trip. May take a month or two to get my order, and only for small stuff, but we’re still here. Unfortunately there is nothing I want from the current sale, but the time will come!”
