Sadly, I have been disappointed by both my recent experiences. The first was delivered to a binstore, with no message to say it was there, and was found by chance. The most recent, after a 9.30 call to double check the address was delivered at 5.30 to the wrong address, but re-directed. It was tired and fading, and the following day, blooms fell off. I will try one more time, but have lost confidence in your service.
