“I odered some flowers for my friend who had a baby. Order no 90033152. The flowers were Baby Boy Rufus Rabbit Gift set. I also paid extra to have a balloon. My friend only received the flowers with no teddy and no balloon. I left a message that day to complain and asked for someone to call me back and rectify this and I never received a phone call. Exteremely dissappointed and I wouold never use your sevices again.”

“I ordered a bouquet and paid extra for a vase and a balloon for my daughter's birthday. However, I was disappointed to discover that instead of a 'Happy Birthday' balloon, they attached a 'Best Wishes' balloon. It just seemed a bit impersonal and was not what I had ordered.”

“Flowers arrived on time for mother in laws birthday, looked fantastic, lovely colours and assortment, but within 2 days the roses had withered and died, Won’t be buying again, Was very disappointed, you expect flowers to die slowly but not after 2 days!! Should have complained at the time but didn’t..I’m glad I ordered from another florist for my wife’s birthday 2 days later, they were fantastic,”

“Excellent choice of flowers at a reasonable price. I've made 3 purchases and all the recipients have been delighted with the quality of flowers. Having the choice of adding a vase is wonderful, one friend is recovering from a serious op and likely to receive lots of flowers which would put a strain on the number of vases available, adding a vase eleveated that problem, Thanks for an excellent service.”

“Beautifully fresh flowers, ordered the florists choice and they couldn't have picked a nicer choice of flowers. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Robinsons and have never been disappointed. Whenever I need special flowers they are the florists to go to. Excellent”
