“Great customer service from start to finish! Really good communication from the team at the showroom. They called me back within half an hour of me emailing an enquiry on a Saturday! Very thorough in the showroom. Made us feel very at ease and made sure we got what we wanted. Richard came out for the quote. Very friendly and professional. Made us feel no job was too difficult. Jamie and Jack came to fit and have done a fantastic job! Very clean and tidy all the way through, even though they had to remove a partial stud wall. Friendly and professional guys. Love the finished product! Honestly cannot fault this company! Having another wardrobe fitted next week!”

“Service from start to finish by Robes n Rails has been very professional. Fitters Matt & Wayne spent the day fitting a hall cupboard and wardrobe to the highest standard and we are delighted with the quality and the look of the finished product. They took great care in their work and we look forward to them coming back to fit another bedroom wardrobe relatively soon.”

“We are really pleased with our wardrobes and understair storage. The process has been good from start to finish, from walking round the showroom to everything being fitted, the staff have been brilliant. Special thanks to Matt, Wayne, Jack and Dan who did the fitting so efficiently and everything was left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“I am delighted with the new fitted wardrobes they have made such a difference to the bedrooms replacing an old and dated system. An excellent result with the sales representative being extremely helpful and the fitters, Paulo and Wayne, very professional and courteous I couldn't be more pleased with their workmanship. “We went to Robes and Rails to replace wardrobes previously fitted by them after they were damaged in a fire. Excellent quality and service. We are very pleased with the work and their service. In particular, the guys who fitted the units (Jamie, Matt, Wayne and Jack) were very polite and professional, appearing genuinely pleased with the work. I certainly will be recommending them.”

“We started by asking Robes and Rails to give us some ideas for fitted furniture in two bedrooms. Having visited the showroom and seen the variety and quality of the products we then added fitted furniture for our living room to the order. The computer generated designs provided in photo quality gave us a good idea of what the finished units would look like. After a few tweaks we placed the order. The guys who undertook the work, Paulo, Gareth and Wayne were brilliant. Their workmanship was first class and they were very careful and considerate whilst working covering carpets and other furniture and clearing up after themselves at the end of each day. They were also three lovely guys who made us laugh which was a bonus. We are absolutely delighted with the installation in all three rooms. Because the designs are bespoke with an endless combination of wardrobes, cupboards, drawers, doors etc. along with a wide range of different material finishes in different colours it means the finished items are virtually unique. Thank you all at Robes and Rails and we would recommend you to anyone considering buying fitted furniture. Paul & Lorraine, Market Rasen”

“Paulo & Wayne fitted our walk-in wardrobe today! Fantastic guys! They did an excellent job, super helpful, very professional and ensured minimum inconvenience. They left our home with a fantastic wardrobe in place and the house as tidy as when they arrived. We would highly recommend Robe n Rails and delighted that they are a fully inclusive employer. “A straightforward and no fuss service from start to finish. I had a few companies out to quote, and this one was not only the most cost effective but they also provided simple options - and did not baffle me with too many choices.
