“Looking for a new look for our main bedroom we obviously shopped around for the various styles and the best price and looked at a few of the main companies on the market. Now if you want the Hard Sell, Pestering Emails, Endless Phone Calls, salesmen who try to sell you something you don't want then any of the main companies will give you this service!!! However if you want a reputable local tradesmen,NO hard sell,NO pestering emails or phone calls but good advice and communication of what you require then look no further than Robes and Rails. From the initial look around the showroom to installation the service has been excellent.The wardrobe fitters Matt,Paulo and Logan were extremely professional and a credit to the company. Thanks for the excellent service and end product and we have no hesitation in recommending Robes and Rails.”

“Good from start to finish. Everybody we dealt with were helpful and knowledgeable from the initial design appointment, measure up and fitting. The ladies in the showroom were super helpful and the furniture was expertly fitted by Matt, Russ and Paulo. We are glad we chose Robes and Rails.”

“We had two wardrobes fitted yesterday by Jamie, Wayne and Logan. They look fantastic. The whole process from the initial visit by Peter to give us a quote followed by visits to the showroom and then the fit yesterday has been perfect. The guys yesterday were first class a credit to the company.”

“Yesterday we had our wardrobes installed by Matt, Paulo and Logan. We are really pleased. A first class service throughout - from our first phone call with the office, the survey/quotation visit, through to the fitting day. The finish is top class, and I cannot speak highly enough of the fitters on the day. Everything was left clean, tidy and spotless. A big thank you to everyone at Robes n Rails.”

“We had 2 different styles of wardrobes fitted. The quality and workmanship is excellent. From the initial design and customer service, the whole process with Robes n Rails has been really good.The fitters Jamie and Russell did a first class job and left everything clean and tidy. We're thrilled with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Excellent service from initial visit to fitting. So much choice and has made amazing use out of the space we had in the room. Fitting by Matt, Paulo and Logan was fantastic. Really lovely people who worked so hard throughout the two days they were with us. Couldn’t recommend Robes and Rails more!!”

“Right from the beginning the customer service was efficient. The work looks fabulous - the room transformed in two days as stated. The two fitters Russell & Jamie were friendly , considerate and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again. The price was fair & the ten year guarantee is proof of good workmanship.”

“Just had our under stairs cupboards fitted. We are very pleased with what the installers ( Wayne & Russell) have done. Shoes, coats umbrellas etc; now put away so there is no excuse for the hallway to be cluttered anymore. The service from beginning to end has been brilliant. “Just had our third bedroom fitted by the team which really says it all - great service at every stage, no pushy sales people just a team that really make sure the customer is happy from initial visit to the showroom through to fitting. Russell, Matt & Paulo took every care and were a pleasure to have in our home - thank you all for a job well done! I almost feel sad I don’t have another room to do….”

“Very pleased indeed with every aspect of the product and service. At last, some genuine, old style customer care, coupled with a professional approach - sadly so rare today. “We received an excellent service from the initial consultation, through planning to installation. We have had our ideas for our study turned into a beautiful reality. During the installation, Wayne and Matt were brilliant and ensured that we were fully engaged in all the decisions that had to be made. They listened to our suggestions and were happy to fit in with exactly what we wanted; they are clearly a great team.”

“Wow wow wow , what a difference this has made to our home . The media wall was fitted by the most professional team , Matt Paulo Wayne and Russ . They worked together So well complementing each others skills . The were very polite and extremely caring in protecting our new carpet and home . Can’t recommend them enough !
