“I couldn't be happier with my new double-door sliding wardrobes! From my initial phone enquiry with reception, visits by Peter and Steve who meticulously surveyed and measured, to final installation by Russell and Jack, the whole process was seamless, professional and efficient. Huge thank you to Russell and Jack who did an excellent job putting down dust sheets, negotiating tricky stairs carrying awkward loads and carrying out the installation with diligence and skill. Excellent service all round! Thank you all again!”

“We have had a full length triple wardrobe fitted from Robes& Rails the planning was first class beforehand,on the day of installation Russ& Wayne arrived promptly and placed dust sheets on all walkways the day was the hottest day of the year 35 degrees so very uncomfortable to work in but Russ& Wayne carried on in the house work was done to such a high standard and on completion absolutely cleaned all of up stairs for us leaving us really impressed with everything. Would definitely recommend robes & rails for any future projects”

“Very helpful staff in store. the survey by Steve was excellent he explained everything and took our preference on board. the lads came and took out our existing understairs cupboard and left everything clean and tidy. The installation was completed by Matt and Paulo and they did an excellent job. Very pleased and would recommend”

“First time I have used Robes & Rails, Very impressed with the service from start to finish. The showroom staff are both knowledgeable and put you at ease, the design process was simple then Russ & Wayne carried out the installation without fuss and to a very high standard. “Our second lot of bedroom furniture. First lot 12 years ago..Great to find a company still in business after that length of time. Highly recommend the company from office staff, to designer, to guy who came to measure up and check the design to the fitters. Russ and Wayne did and excellent job and were helped on day 2 by Logan. Polite, efficient, friendly and cheerful. Checked our plans before starting, offered advice and suggestions re height of shelves and mirror replacement. Checked we were happy as they went along. One small error with a door was swiftly dealt with. Tidied up at the end of each day. Couldn't ask for any better service.”

“We are so pleased with our new media wall. Every member of staff we dealt with was fantastic, from Pete providing the initial quote and drawings, Steve carrying out the survey and the two ladies in the office, nothing was too much trouble. Russ & Paulo who completed the build were fantastic, brilliant attention to detail and an amazing result. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!”

“Matt, Paulo and Jack fitted my wardrobe today and two rails in a cupboard on my landing. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and did a great job. The wardrobe looks great as do the rails. I would definitely recommend Robes and Rails.”

“Russell And Wayne fitted our wardrobes on Thursday. Couldn't be more pleased. They arrived as we were advised, were pleasant and thorough in everything they did, starting with laying carpet protectors to cleaning up when they finished. the wardrobes are just as described and exactly what we wanted. The whole process from calling into the showroom through to the final fitting went like clockwork. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Looking for a new look for our main bedroom we obviously shopped around for the various styles and the best price and looked at a few of the main companies on the market. Now if you want the Hard Sell, Pestering Emails, Endless Phone Calls, salesmen who try to sell you something you don't want then any of the main companies will give you this service!!! However if you want a reputable local tradesmen,NO hard sell,NO pestering emails or phone calls but good advice and communication of what you require then look no further than Robes and Rails. From the initial look around the showroom to installation the service has been excellent.The wardrobe fitters Matt,Paulo and Logan were extremely professional and a credit to the company. Thanks for the excellent service and end product and we have no hesitation in recommending Robes and Rails.”

“Yesterday we had our wardrobes installed by Matt, Paulo and Logan. We are really pleased. A first class service throughout - from our first phone call with the office, the survey/quotation visit, through to the fitting day. The finish is top class, and I cannot speak highly enough of the fitters on the day. Everything was left clean, tidy and spotless. A big thank you to everyone at Robes n Rails.”
