“Just had our under stairs cupboards fitted. We are very pleased with what the installers ( Wayne & Russell) have done. Shoes, coats umbrellas etc; now put away so there is no excuse for the hallway to be cluttered anymore. The service from beginning to end has been brilliant. Thank you.Would recommend to anyone to use Robes & Rails.”

“Just had our third bedroom fitted by the team which really says it all - great service at every stage, no pushy sales people just a team that really make sure the customer is happy from initial visit to the showroom through to fitting. Russell, Matt & Paulo took every care and were a pleasure to have in our home - thank you all for a job well done! I almost feel sad I don’t have another room to do….”

“Very pleased indeed with every aspect of the product and service. At last, some genuine, old style customer care, coupled with a professional approach - sadly so rare today. Maybe not the cheapest, but absolutely worth any premium for the quality of the finish and the care of the fitters. Thank you and well done!”

“We received an excellent service from the initial consultation, through planning to installation. We have had our ideas for our study turned into a beautiful reality. During the installation, Wayne and Matt were brilliant and ensured that we were fully engaged in all the decisions that had to be made. They listened to our suggestions and were happy to fit in with exactly what we wanted; they are clearly a great team.”

“Wow wow wow , what a difference this has made to our home . The media wall was fitted by the most professional team , Matt Paulo Wayne and Russ . They worked together So well complementing each others skills . The were very polite and extremely caring in protecting our new carpet and home . Can’t recommend them enough ! It was a pleasure ……thank you lads you are all a credit to your company”

“Robes and rails were recommended to us by a colleague, and she was so right about the quality of service you offer. We have been so impressed with the service we were given. The quality of the wardrobes, the standard of work, the finishing and clean cuts, and joining was second to none. Jamie, jack and Wayne are arw all lovely lads. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with quality fitted wardrobes that we know will last us avwry long time. Amazing service from start to finish. Thank you very much!!”

“Wayne, Jack and Russel came to fit our wardrobe in June 25 and did a cracking job fitting it into an awkward space. The fitting team took the time to communicate with me about how things were progressing, took care of carpets by covering and cleared up so well … actually I had nothing to do other than reload the new space. Well done to these guys and thank you for doing a great job!”

“Every stage of our experience was amazing with this company. Such a top quality service from the initial chat in store to designs, quotes and installation. “The entire processes was simple and we were kept informed at every stag from quote to survey to fitting.. The quality of the fitted wardrobe is excellent and it looks great. The fitters, Matt & Jack, were very good as they covered the carpets and left everything very clean. They did a great job and made sure that we were happy with this finished wardrobe.”

“From planning to ordering to fitting it couldn’t have gone smoother all the staff are very friendly and patient. On the day Matt and Jack turned up on time, looked at the room checked everything with me and started straight away. They asked me to decide which way I wanted the handle plate and didn’t just assume. Tidied up and left the house very clean. I’d thoroughly recommend them and I’m really pleased with the quality and the fit. Thank you for making it such a pleasure.”

“Fabulous, look no further. Cannot recommend highly enough. Delighted with the finished product. Love being able buy local. Fitted a month ago and no concerns so far. Quality product, competitive pricing, fitted when they said it would be fitted. Professional teams from showroom through to design and fitting. Very good communication. Our fitters , Matt, Wayne and Paulo were all fabulous, courteous and left the room in a clean and tidy state. 10 year guarantee. Our experience positively contrasted with previous experiences (in our old home)with a well advertised firm which was horrendous and the quality was poor. In addition we had considered another well advertised firm, visited their showroom (recommend) but we found the quality lacking. No regrets with our decision to go with Robes n Rails. Thank you so much to you all.”

“Excellent, professional service. No hard sell just expert advice. Value for money from a local business. All the staff were excellent. Peter who designed our bespoke wardrobe to Jamie who installed it. Not the cheapest option we exploredbut by far the best quality, value for money and service. Woukd highly recommend.”

“Robes and Rails was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. First class service from our initial enquiry to the end result. We received superb customer service. The fitters took meticulous care, the quality of fitting was excellent and the fitters were very considerate and tidy. We had a complicated fit which was taking longer than they expected so the company drafted in extra members of their team to ensure the job was done in the timescale planned. “After shopping around, I decided to go with Robes n Rails as I wanted to support local business and Pete in Sales was a really nice guy. He gave a realistic price from the start, unlike other companies and was not at all pushy. From start to finish, the staff were friendly and professional. I’d like to give a shout out to Steve, Matt and Paulo for making a fantastic job of fitting the wardrobes, panelling and drawers. On top of that, they were polite and tidy and cleaned up after the job. Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend.”
