“Great service. One issue that is probably individual to use is that DHL left the 6 bottles no where near our house and behind the communal wheelie bins”

“Customer service from Roberts & Speight was excellent - Very efficient. I didn't give 5* as their courier (DHL) let them down. I requested for delivery on Tuesday but delivery was delayed until Wednesday. Even thought Roberts & Speight put in capitals and highlighted clearly - Ring door bell - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED, DHL only rang the doorbell and left the parcel unattended. As the items purchased was very pricey, I did not want it to go missing. Roberts & Speight should maybe only stiuplate with their courier that all purchases above a certain amount has to be signed for upon delivery.”

“Great terrines and impeccable customer service. A member of staff rang to discuss one of their products and I was impressed by their courtesy and attention to detail. My only quibble is with the shipping charges, which were a bit steep for the amount ordered, but it's probably not their doing.”

“The not so good: The website takes bookings for wines in short supply and should imo be linked to the available inventory. The good: Very pleased with the wines and quality/price good: quick feedback to clarify my questions. In will use R&S again.”
