“Never speak to a person name John he is unpolite I have not revealed the parcel and was forced to complain to police the person I spoke to was really unhelpful never buy from here I have not received the product and waste of money as lost my money with this please never ever buy from here trust me i have not received the products and no resolution or refund was provided the person escalated it 10 days and gave a poor service with no response”

“I have requested a trout terrine and teh taste was horrible. It was tasting like corned beef and the texture was like a ciment. Absolutely disappointing. Disappointing customer service. I have requested a refund and they have ignored me completely. Absolutely disappointing.”
