“I select and ordered white rendering mesh, and then I got sent the pink mesh which isn’t as good. Then I was told after sending you an email that you only had pink in stock which I said you should have made me aware of.”

“The item is not as described...Says 5 mil thick when actually it is 4.....opened a case to return the item and although could return would have been at the cost to me. And due to size and weight would have been expensive.....not satisfied but will use...Comms lacking as well”

“Mis information delivered order but no door that I payed for had to waste half a day buying a new door, was refunded promptly for door but not the point, if you don’t have it in stock don’t list it”

“Paid to have express delivery which was very expensive yet took a long to arrive in fact had to send a email asking when delivery would be”

“At the time of placing my order for 2 cans of T-SIL Release Agent on the website, it was showing the items to be in stock. When delivered, I opened the package and found 2 cans of Unisil Silicone Spray which was not the same, and which listed on their website. When I contacted them they did offer to collect what they had sent. They could have contacted me and told me the item was out of stock, in which case I would have cancelled the order. Instead they just sent me something else. Poor on my opinion.”

We were informed of this after your despatch and have tried to contact customers to inform them. Apologies you did not receive this information. “OK but 1 pair of gloves came damaged with a cut in them also wonder wipes lid was shattered luckily the tube was sealed.”

“Nearly 3 week to get my delivery sent emails. But no reply. Finally when I got to speak to somebody I got delivered in 4 days .I think they forgot my order.”

Dear Jason, Apologies for the damaged goods, unfortunately we had no stock of the correct items you required which is why we could not offer an immediate replacement. This was due to being shut down for three weeks due to COVID-19 and being unable to obtain the same stocking levels.
