Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you are happy with the product itself. However, we would like to clarify that the item was not left out in the pouring rain when we left it. The weather conditions were not raining at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for weather conditions that occurred after we had left. We are sorry to hear that the dust sheets were found to be dirty and wet. We take care to package and leave items appropriately, and we would have been happy to discuss the issue had we been contacted at the time. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure that our products and deliveries are handled with the utmost care.
