Dear Jonatahn, Apologies that you received less than perfect goods. We were unaware of your problem please do call us on 01254 52525 to rectify the situation for you. Apologies once again, we do not like anyone to not recieve their product i perfect condition especially as we use our own fleet of vehicles so this should not have happened. “Damaged goods And wanted to pick up without a replacement Poor customer service as a replacement should be sent at the same time as the collection especially when is it your own delivery vans”

Dear Jason, Apologies for the damaged goods, unfortunately we had no stock of the correct items you required which is why we could not offer an immediate replacement. This was due to being shut down for three weeks due to COVID-19 and being unable to obtain the same stocking levels.
