“Just outstanding service. I placed my second order late afternoon and it arrive the next morning despite being relatively low value (buckets, resilient bar, DPM). It arrived on their own transport, with a lovely driver, half way across the country with the right goods in perfect condition. Exceptional.”

We always endeavour to do our best and in some instances can still fall short, so appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We felt that offering you an immediate replacement to be delivered the next working day, would resolve the matter. I am sorry that this was not acceptable and to resolve the situation, we offered an immediate refund for the difference in price for the goods you had already used.
